I'm Meir, and I've been building production software for 8 years.
The Story
I started by building my own products—SaaS platforms, fintech backends, AI systems. I learned what works by shipping real applications to real users. I learned what breaks by maintaining them in production.
After leading product development and training engineering teams at tech companies, I realized most software agencies have it backwards. They sell you on the founder's expertise, then hand your project to junior developers while account managers play telephone.
I launched Gliltech to do the opposite: founder-led development where you work directly with someone who's actually architected and shipped production systems.
I'm not trying to scale to 50 clients. I take on 3-4 projects at a time so I can stay hands-on with architecture decisions, code quality, and delivery.
When projects need additional capacity, I have a trusted network of 12 senior engineers I've worked with for years. But I'm involved in every sprint, every architecture decision, every deployment.

Now his main focus is to help companies and startups avoid technical-debt, and develop scalable, highly secured software. He is the business expert who translates complex technical problems into founder language, business impact, and revenue growth opportunities.
